DMC Engineering Inc.

Municipal Infrastructure

What & How

DMC provides comprehensive geotechnical and hydrogeological consulting services to municipalities and regional districts in support of urban infrastructure, community development, and climate resilience initiatives. Our team works closely with municipal engineers, planners, and developers to deliver practical, defensible solutions for projects ranging from local roadways and utilities to civic buildings, flood protection works, and land development in challenging ground conditions.
We support the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and site investigations through to detailed design, construction, and long-term asset management. Our engineers address issues related to soft ground, seismic hazards, groundwater, and aging infrastructure, providing designs that balance safety, constructability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost.
Whether advancing redevelopment in urban cores, stabilizing ravine slopes, upgrading buried services, or supporting flood and erosion protection works, DMC brings deep technical expertise, strong field presence, and a collaborative approach tailored to the needs of public-sector owners and their communities.
